Ingredients

  • 1½ cups plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1½ tsp chili powder
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 pounds)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 naan breads or tortillas (5–6 inches), warmed
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbles
  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • Fresh chopped cilantro
  • Sliced cherry tomatoes
  • Chopped red onion

Instructions

  1. Prepare marinade. In a large bowl, combine yogurt, lime juice, smoked paprika, and chili powder. Mix well.
  2. Reserve portion. Set aside ½ cup of the yogurt mixture for serving.
  3. Marinate chicken. Add chicken to remaining marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
  4. Grill chicken. Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade and season with salt and pepper. Grill for 6–8 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Rest and slice. Transfer chicken to a cutting board and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  6. Assemble wraps. Place sliced chicken on naan or tortillas. Top with feta, avocado, cilantro, tomatoes, and red onion.
  7. Serve. Drizzle with reserved yogurt mixture and serve immediately.
