Ingredients
- 1½ cups plain yogurt
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 2 Tbsp smoked paprika
- 1½ tsp chili powder
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 pounds)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 naan breads or tortillas (5–6 inches), warmed
- 1 cup feta cheese crumbles
- 1 avocado, cubed
- Fresh chopped cilantro
- Sliced cherry tomatoes
- Chopped red onion
Instructions
- Prepare marinade. In a large bowl, combine yogurt, lime juice, smoked paprika, and chili powder. Mix well.
- Reserve portion. Set aside ½ cup of the yogurt mixture for serving.
- Marinate chicken. Add chicken to remaining marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
- Grill chicken. Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade and season with salt and pepper. Grill for 6–8 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Rest and slice. Transfer chicken to a cutting board and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Assemble wraps. Place sliced chicken on naan or tortillas. Top with feta, avocado, cilantro, tomatoes, and red onion.
- Serve. Drizzle with reserved yogurt mixture and serve immediately.
