Watermelon Whip
Description
June marks the start of summer! Celebrate the warmer days with this refreshing Watermelon Whip. Milk, yogurt, frozen watermelon and frozen berries blend in minutes to create this healthy, frosty concoction. Serve it for breakfast, as a snack, or after a meal.
Ingredients
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 cups watermelon, diced into ½-inch cubes
- 1 cup mixed berries, frozen
Instructions
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Place watermelon cubes on tray; cover with plastic wrap. Lightly freeze for about 2 hours.
- In a high-powered blender, add the milk, yogurt, lemon juice, honey, frozen watermelon and frozen berries. Note: The frozen fruit should be added last. Blend the ingredients until a smooth mixture forms.
- Serve immediately or freeze to enjoy later.
