- 2 Tablespoons cornstarch

Instructions
- Make base. Melt butter over low heat and stir in cornstarch until smooth and well combined.
- Add liquid. Stir in salt and milk. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture reaches a boil. Continue to cook and stir for 1 minute. Add Worcestershire sauce.
- Add cheese. Reduce heat and gradually stir in cheddar and Swiss cheeses.
- Melt and serve. Stir until cheese is fully melted and smooth. Transfer to a serving dish or fondue pot and serve warm with your favorite dippers.
