Ingredients

Crust

  • Pre-made sugar cookie dough

Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Toppings

  • 8 strawberries, sliced
  • 5 kiwis, sliced
  • 1 mango, sliced
  • 1 pineapple, diced
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 bunch grapes, halved

Instructions

  1. Prepare crust. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 12-inch pizza pan. Press chilled sugar cookie dough evenly into the pan. Bake according to package directions (about 15–20 minutes) until edges are lightly browned. Cool completely.
  2. Prep fruit. Wash, dry, and slice fruit while the crust cools. Set aside.
  3. Make frosting. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth (about 2 minutes). Add powdered sugar and 1 Tbsp. milk, mixing for another 2 minutes. Add vanilla and additional milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
  4. Assemble pizza. Spread frosting evenly over the cooled crust.
  5. Decorate. Arrange fruit on top in your desired pattern.
  6. Serve. Slice and serve. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Why Dairy?

Cream cheese and butter create a rich, smooth frosting that balances the sweetness of the fruit. Dairy adds creaminess, flavor, and nutrients like calcium to this dessert.

Make It Your Own

  • Use homemade sugar cookie dough for a from-scratch version
  • Add a fruit glaze for extra shine and flavor
  • Swap fruits based on seasonality
  • Try adding shredded coconut or chopped nuts

Additional Tips

  • For a glossy finish, brush fruit with a light glaze made from fruit preserves and water
  • Keep the crust fully cooled before adding frosting to prevent melting
  • Arrange fruit in patterns for a more decorative presentation
