Crust
- Pre-made sugar cookie dough
Cream Cheese Frosting
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Toppings
- 8 strawberries, sliced
- 5 kiwis, sliced
- 1 mango, sliced
- 1 pineapple, diced
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 bunch grapes, halved
Instructions
- Prepare crust. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 12-inch pizza pan. Press chilled sugar cookie dough evenly into the pan. Bake according to package directions (about 15–20 minutes) until edges are lightly browned. Cool completely.
- Prep fruit. Wash, dry, and slice fruit while the crust cools. Set aside.
- Make frosting. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth (about 2 minutes). Add powdered sugar and 1 Tbsp. milk, mixing for another 2 minutes. Add vanilla and additional milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
- Assemble pizza. Spread frosting evenly over the cooled crust.
- Decorate. Arrange fruit on top in your desired pattern.
- Serve. Slice and serve. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
