Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full fat)
- ¼ cup milk
- 2–3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. ground cardamom
- 2–3 ice cubes
- 1 Tbsp. chopped pistachios or almonds (optional)
Instructions
- Blend ingredients. Add yogurt, milk, sugar, cardamom, and ice to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve. Pour into a glass and top with chopped nuts if desired. Enjoy immediately.
