Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs, separated

  • 2 cups low-fat milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat waffle maker. Spray the waffle maker with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Mix dry ingredients. In a large bowl, combine flour and baking powder. Add salt and sugar and mix well.
  3. Beat egg whites. In a small bowl, use a hand mixer to beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
