Ingredients
- 2 cups flour

Instructions
- Preheat waffle maker. Spray the waffle maker with nonstick cooking spray.

- Beat egg whites. In a small bowl, use a hand mixer to beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.

- Combine batter. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined. Gently fold in the egg whites. Do not overmix.
- Cook waffles. Pour about 1/3 cup batter into the waffle maker and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, or according to your waffle maker instructions.
