Ingredients
- 16 ounces extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 oz.) container chive and onion cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- ½ teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 bell pepper (for stem)
- Whole grain crackers (for serving)
Instructions
- Mix ingredients. In a bowl, combine shredded cheddar, cream cheese, chive and onion cream cheese, paprika, and red pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Chill. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm enough to shape.
- Shape. Form the mixture into a ball and shape it to resemble a pumpkin.
- Add stem. Cut the top of a bell pepper and press it into the top of the cheese ball to create a pumpkin stem.
- Serve. Serve with whole grain crackers.
