Ingredients
- 1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt
- ½ medium banana, sliced (divided)
- 2 Tbsp. peanut butter
- ½ Tbsp. honey
- ¼ tsp. vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Mix ingredients. In a bowl, combine oats, milk, yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and chia seeds. Stir until well mixed.
- Layer mixture. Add half of the oat mixture into a sealable container or jar. Top with half of the banana slices.
- Repeat layers. Add remaining oat mixture and top with the rest of the banana slices.
- Refrigerate. Seal the container and place in the refrigerator overnight.
- Serve. Enjoy chilled in the morning.
