Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • ½ medium banana, sliced (divided)
  • 2 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • ½ Tbsp. honey
  • ¼ tsp. vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients. In a bowl, combine oats, milk, yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and chia seeds. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Layer mixture. Add half of the oat mixture into a sealable container or jar. Top with half of the banana slices.
  3. Repeat layers. Add remaining oat mixture and top with the rest of the banana slices.
  4. Refrigerate. Seal the container and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  5. Serve. Enjoy chilled in the morning.
