Ingredients
- 1 package (15 1/2 ounces) Oreo cookies, crushed, divided
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 jar (16 ounces) hot fudge ice cream topping, warmed
- 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
- Make the crust. In a large bowl, combine 3 3/4 cups cookie crumbs with melted butter. Press into a greased 13 x 9-inch dish.
- Add ice cream layer. Spread softened vanilla ice cream over the crust. Cover and freeze until set.
- Add fudge layer. Drizzle warmed hot fudge topping over the ice cream. Cover and freeze until set again.
- Finish the top layer. Spread whipped topping over the fudge layer and sprinkle with the remaining cookie crumbs.
- Freeze until firm. Cover and freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
- Serve. Remove from the freezer about 10 minutes before serving for easier slicing.
