Ingredients
- 3 (8-inch) whole wheat flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Yogurt Topping
- ¾ cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- ¾ cup frozen light whipped dessert topping, thawed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Toppings
- 3 cups fresh raspberries, blackberries, and/or strawberries
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds, toasted
- 1 tablespoon grated dark chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat oven. Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Prepare yogurt topping. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, whipped topping, vanilla, and cinnamon. Cover and chill while preparing tortillas.
- Prepare tortillas. Lightly brush both sides of tortillas with melted butter. In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over tortillas.
- Cut and bake. Cut tortillas into 8 wedges and arrange on ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until crisp. Allow to cool completely.
- Assemble nachos. Divide tortilla chips among serving plates. Top with yogurt mixture and fresh berries.
- Finish. Sprinkle with toasted almonds and grated chocolate. Serve immediately.
