  • ¾ cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup frozen light whipped dessert topping, thawed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Toppings

  • 1 tablespoon grated dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Prepare yogurt topping. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, whipped topping, vanilla, and cinnamon. Cover and chill while preparing tortillas.
  3. Prepare tortillas. Lightly brush both sides of tortillas with melted butter. In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over tortillas.
  4. Cut and bake. Cut tortillas into 8 wedges and arrange on ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until crisp. Allow to cool completely.
  5. Assemble nachos. Divide tortilla chips among serving plates. Top with yogurt mixture and fresh berries.
  6. Finish. Sprinkle with toasted almonds and grated chocolate. Serve immediately.

Why Dairy?

Greek yogurt provides protein, calcium, and a creamy texture that balances the sweetness of the fruit and crunch of the chips. It adds richness without making the dessert too heavy.
