Ingredients

2 cups vanilla ice cream 

3/4 cup milk 

2 Tbsp. chocolate syrup 

2 Tbsp. malted milk powder 

Whipped cream, optional 

Instructions

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Top with whipped cream before serving.
