- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven. Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat it with nonstick spray.
- Season asparagus. Arrange asparagus in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Toss with melted butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Roast. Roast for 8 to 10 minutes, or until asparagus is tender but still slightly crisp.
- Add cheese. Top asparagus with sliced brie and shredded mozzarella. Return to the oven and bake for another 3 to 4 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- Serve. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.
